I have a theory about the Pillowfight image (no not from moid.org). If you open the original image (pillowfight.jpg) from removed.us in Notepad, it says "LEAD Technologies Inc. V1.01". This comes to my first conclusion that the picture was edited by Adobe Photoshop. Now, you may be wondering, "how do you know it was edited in Adobe Photoshop?"
Viewing the captain-obvious Last Measure mirror, examining pillowfight.jpg it was made with Adobe Photoshop 7.0, edited on March 14th, 2004 at exactly 22:31:48. In conclusion, it was likely that it was made with Adobe Photoshop 7.0. Also, there are multiple plugins made by LEAD that support Adobe Photoshop. Correct me if I'm wrong.
