Where does the shock video from “Flagging on Youtube” come from?

So, I watched the tutorial, and it seems like it from some old movie.

Can't find the video. Seeing that it is Google, it would be unlikely to be a real clip.

However, there are people who tell me the clip is from the 1988 b-movie horror flick “Slime City”. I’ve got to see it to believe it.
